Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA)
An organosulfur (an organic compound that contains sulfur). Potent antioxidant that is both water- and fat-soluble, which means it can work in every cell or tissue in the body. This is unusual when compared to other antioxidants, which are typically either water- or fat-soluble.
