What do I eat on Mediterranean Keto?

Diet plan is called Mediterrenean Keto diet. It’s a combination of Mediterrenean diet and LCHF (Low Carb High Fat). Basically, you eat zero sugars (fruit, tomatoes etc) and zero starches (wheat, corn, potatoes, legumes, beans etc). That's the biggest limitation. You eat a lot of vegetables. E.g. vegetable soup and roasted vegetables as the main dish. Occasional meat. As much cheese as you want. Occassional low carb chocolate and deserts. As much nuts as you want  (but don't overdo it). As much butter or fat as you want (but don't overdo it). Unlimited eggs. Unlimited olive oil. If you're vegetable heavy w/ occasional meat, I think it's a very healthy.  Check out what I've been eating (pretty much in an unlimited fashion, without counting calories, but limiting the amounts to "normal").
